Keith is a Movement & Mindset Coach and the founder of Above Xpectations. He has coached since 2013, when he earned his certification at the World Instructor Training School, and has completed 26 continuing education courses ranging from dynamic movement to injury recovery protocols.
His approach comes from lived experience. Keith relearned to walk after spinal cord surgery, and that process shaped how he teaches: start with a floor you can actually hit, regulate the nervous system, and let identity-level change follow.
His coaching is educational and is not a substitute for medical care. If you have a health condition, check with your own clinician before starting a new program.

What is the Live Above app?
The Live Above app is a membership platform with tools for nutrition tracking, daily readiness, sleep, movement and nervous system regulation. It has free tools plus Silver, Gold and Platinum access levels, and works on a phone or a laptop.
Do you offer one-on-one coaching?
Yes. Keith coaches members one on one, in person and through the app. Use the Contact Us page to ask about a consultation.
What do you sell in the shop?
The shop sells Above Xpectations Clothing, including shirts and hats, which we print ourselves. Our card game, Curiosity Killed the Conformity, is on the Games page.
